Born in Chicago and raised in Miami, Carolyn Roca has always had a strong passion for real estate.   Currently specializing the Palmetto Bay and Cutler Bay areas, Carolyn also has a particular affinity for the distressed property market and assisting families that find themselves in difficult situations financially with regard to their current homes.
