Lourdes Haydar joins the RESF team with more than 18 years’ business savvy as an Executive Assistant in the medical industry and 15 years as a paralegal in the real estate sector. These roles have given her a thorough understanding of client service, project management, sales, negotiation and insider’s knowledge into two highly competitive and demanding industries that only comes from hands-on experience. Transitioning this experience into real estate sales has been a natural progression to an already impressive career.
Understanding each client’s lifestyle and preferences ensures that they get results and Lourdes takes great pride in learning their unique real estate goals and going the extra mile to provide the best service with value-added services that makes her stand out from the rest. “My ultimate goal is to provide my clients with excellent service,” says Lourdes. “I am passionate about my business, and my clients, and I want them to feel taken care of throughout the process and return to me for all of their real estate needs.”

Growing up in South Florida, Lourdes truly enjoys sharing the lifestyle with her family, friends, and clients. Extremely hard-working and dedicated to her clients, she is never more than a phone call away. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters. Lourdes holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Barry University and is fluent in English and Spanish.
