Born and raised in the Florida Keys, Matthew K. Hardee, Esq. brings a lifelong understanding of the community and a unique legal perspective to real estate. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and a Juris Doctor from Florida International University.

Matthew has practiced law in the Florida Keys since January 2018, developing extensive knowledge of zoning, code compliance, easements, littoral rights, and other issues that frequently affect local properties. This experience allows him to identify important considerations, guide clients through complex situations, and help prospective buyers make informed decisions in this distinctive real estate market.

As a real estate professional, Matthew combines local knowledge, legal experience, and careful attention to detail to help clients navigate each transaction with clarity and confidence.
