Prior to earning her real estate license, Sacha spent several years in Health Services Administration, with more than 12 years in a hospital setting. Expanding her skill set, most recently Sacha worked in Human Resources as a Wellness Specialist where she was an integral player in the development of industry programs and events, taking them from conception to launch. Her unique combination of education and experience has not only given her the client service skills that are necessary to handle any deal, but also the compassion that allows her to connect with her clients as a trusted advocate.
After spending most of her life in the Kendall area, Sacha is well-versed in the unique properties across South Florida but has a hyperlocal focus on the Kendall area. Her wealth of knowledge allows her to optimally position her clients whether they are searching for a first-time home, their forever home or a rental property. Fluent in English, French, and Creole, and comfortable in conversational Spanish, Sacha has expanded her reach into the areas of Lemon City and Little River as her client base and the portfolio continues to grow.

Born in Haiti to Haitian and Russian parents, Sacha moved to Miami at the age of six and stayed until her high school years brought her to New Jersey. Moving back to Miami for college, she attended Florida International University and later, Barry University where she completed her Master’s degree. Married and the proud mother to a son, Sacha is adventurous and outgoing, ‘trying anything at least twice!’ When she is not working, she may be found enjoying the outdoors, working on fitness and CrossFit training, white water rafting or even jumping out of airplanes. In business and pleasure, for Sacha, the sky is truly the limit.
