My name is Waldina Matamoros , a professional realtor with over 12 years experience in the real estate industry.   I’ve had the opportunity to work with  hundreds of clients and been involved in transactions over millions of dollars.  I am thrilled and delighted to be part of Vernon Ubico’s Sales Team with Real Estate Sales Force (RESF).

RESF is at the forefront of today’s  market and implementing a unique approach in an industry where entrepreneurship and working at “the speed of now” are the key drivers of our success.
My strengths are in negotiations , a work ethic of excellence and my desire to treat each transaction with integrity and professionalism.  I specialize in the luxury condos and single family homes in South Florida.
Furthermore, I’ve had the opportunity to work with foreign nationals , researching investment properties and providing statistics and reports to make intelligent real estate decisions.  Consequently, I was able to segue into property management and vacation rentals, this adds to the list of services I can provide .  Throughout my years in the industry, I’ve had the good fortune to surround myself with the superior professional support of local lenders, appraisers, attorneys and tax & credit consultants . A good support team is pivotal to provide seamless and smooth transactions from start to finish.

I was born in Honduras and raised in South Florida, I am fully bilingual in English and Spanish.  As a mother of three I value the importance of family and community.  Therefore, my knowledge of the best schools, neighborhoods and after school activities are part of my job.  I truly believe that Miami is an incredible place to work, live and play.  Real estate is not a commodity, it’s lifestyle !
