Jorge moderated the interactive segment “Selling Alejandro on South Florida: What Closes the Deal — and What Kills It,” featuring top luxury agents discussing what wins (and loses) today’s high-end condo buyers. Jorge is spotlighting a meaningful milestone for our industry: Florida Realtors® is debuting the first Spanish-language digital edition of Florida Realtor magazine, with the inaugural issue set to launch in April 2026. This new monthly digital edition is designed to deliver trusted real estate insights, news, and professional resources en español, better reflecting Florida’s diverse Realtor community and the Spanish-speaking markets we serve every day. Our very own Dinorah represented RESF in Tallahassee during Miami-Dade Days 2026 (Feb. 10–11), where she met with House Representative Danny Nix as part of this important statewide advocacy gathering. The event brought together leaders, organizations, and stakeholders from Miami-Dade County to connect directly with Florida legislators during the legislative session. Miami-Dade Days is all about ensuring the county’s priorities are heard at the state level — strengthening relationships with lawmakers, advocating for policies that support the community, and highlighting funding needs that drive local growth. Our very own Dinorah was in the spotlight on February 6, 2026, at the MIAMI REALTORS® Inaugural & Awards Celebration, where the MIAMI Association of Realtors installed Dinorah de Cardenas as the 2026 MIAMI Residential President. Held at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida, the sold-out event brought the real estate community together to celebrate leadership, recognize achievements, and kick off the new year of service. With former Miami Mayor Francis X. Suarez featured as the keynote speaker, the afternoon marked a memorable moment for the industry—and a proud one for RESF as we celebrate Dinorah’s continued leadership and impact across South Florida real estate.
