Alan Alonso brings a unique combination of Miami roots, professional athletic experience, discipline, and relationship-building to his real estate career. A lifelong connection to Miami gives Alan a strong understanding of the area’s diverse communities, evolving neighborhoods, and dynamic real estate market. He is passionate about helping clients navigate their real estate decisions with confidence, transparency, and a clear understanding of their goals.

Before entering real estate, Alan played professional baseball for five years after earning his Master’s degree from Delaware State University. During his athletic career, he also worked as a personal trainer for professional, collegiate, and youth athletes. Today, he continues to train clients, and has developed lasting relationships with business owners and professionals throughout South Florida.

As a Realtor, Alan focuses on communication, transparency, data, and advocacy. He uses market data, combined with industry tools and his local knowledge to help clients make informed decisions rather than trying to predict the future. Whether helping clients rent, buy, sell, or invest, his goal is to understand their financial and long-term objectives and identify opportunities that serve their best interests.

Alan’s long-term vision is to expand into commercial real estate and residential development, building his expertise and relationships one transaction at a time.

The son of Cuban immigrants and a first-generation American, Alan credits his parents’ sacrifices—and the discipline he developed through baseball—for shaping his work ethic and determination.

His philosophy is simple: “The squeaky wheel always gets the grease.” He believes opportunity is created through preparation, perseverance, and the willingness to consistently put in the work.
