Bill Brown

Bill Brown is a commercial real estate advisor with more than 30 years of construction and development experience across South Florida and the Caribbean. He is the Founder and CEO of Aventra Development, LLC, a Coral Gables based development management and owner’s representation firm serving owners and investors throughout the region. Before founding Aventra, Bill served as CEO of DCK Worldwide, where he led flagship Caribbean hospitality programs. His career spans leadership roles in some of the most complex institutional, hospitality, and mixed use projects in the region. Bill holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license in addition to his real estate license. This combination gives his clients a rare advantage: an advisor who understands not only the transaction, but what it takes to entitle, build, and deliver a property. He brings a builder’s perspective to underwriting, due diligence, and asset evaluation that few brokers can match.
