He has extensive experience in trend and operational corporate forecasting; a skill that has transferred well in his real estate career. Christopher is a native Miamian and the consummate family man. Christopher enjoys spending his time with his wife, Kristen, and three kids – Alyssa, Aiden, and Abel, and whether it’s enjoying a weekend getaway to Disney or a trip to the Mountains in Colorado – there’s never a dull moment in the Chinea household. He also gives back to the community by coaching little league baseball at Tamiami Park (where he grew up playing all through high school); is an expert fisherman and free diver, and on Saturdays in the fall, can be found at Hurricane football games.

He graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, specializing in Finance.
