Dennis Espinoza, who represents buyers and sellers of South Florida residential real estate in all price ranges, has never measured success in terms of awards or sales commissions, but rather in how effectively he succeeds in guiding his clients through the complexities of landing their dream home, acquiring a great investment property, or negotiating a terrific price on the
sale of their luxury chateau.

As an experienced private investor skilled at locating properties that represent exceptional opportunities for renovation and resale, Dennis seeks to understand the client’s goals, time horizons, and objectives on a granular level in order to set realistic expectations from the outset, create a well-conceived marketing plan, and ensure a successful transaction.

Born in Nicaragua, Dennis was six years old when his family relocated to Miami, where today he enjoys considerable success in the pharmaceutical sales industry providing outstanding services to the pharmacy, surgery center, and hospital markets for a range of clients, including medical directors, plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurse practitioners, and pharmacists,
among others.

A resident of Miami for more than three decades, not only does Dennis have his finger on the pulse of the South Florida real estate market, but he also possesses insider information on social attractions, neighborhood schools, local events, amenities, and lifestyles that his clients find invaluable.

Currently a resident of Doral, Dennis loves playing baseball, basketball, and football, keeping fit mountain biking and weight lifting, and spending quality time with his family.
