Dinorah Guerra is a visionary real estate leader whose ability to identify opportunities before they become trends has made her one of the most respected figures in South Florida’s market. As Co-Founder of Real Estate Sales Force (RESF), she has helped grow the brokerage into a powerhouse with hundreds of agents, four offices, and a reputation for innovation. Her leadership extends far beyond her own team. Dinorah served as the 2024 Florida President of Women’s Council of Realtors®, championing the theme “Be Real, Be You, Be All In” and inspiring members statewide to embrace authentic leadership. She is also the 2026 Residential President of the MIAMI Association of REALTORS®, where she continues to shape policy, elevate professional standards, and prepare the next generation of real estate leaders.

A Cuban-American born and raised in Miami, Dinorah’s career began in publishing, where she quickly rose to executive leadership roles, including Publisher of ESPN Deportes La Revista. That experience honed her marketing acumen and creative vision—skills she now uses to craft powerful narratives for properties, communities, and people.

Known for her bold ideas and relentless drive, Dinorah has become a trusted voice in conversations about market trends, urban development, and Realtor leadership. Whether she is guiding clients through complex transactions, mentoring future leaders, or steering the strategy of one of the largest Realtor associations in the country, Dinorah’s influence is both local and global.

Fluent in English and Spanish, a graduate of Nova University, and a proud Coral Gables resident, Dinorah embodies the spirit of Miami: diverse, dynamic, and always ahead of the curve.
