With over 15 years experience of valuation and consulting in Commercial and Residential properties, Ivan Guerra has valued over 2 billion worth in real estate transactions in the course of his career. Guerra’s experience and industry knowledge has landed him as an expert witness testimony in several complex litigations.

His expertise has procured several consultation assignments with developers in South Florida for highest and best use issues as well as feasibility studies. Ivan currently serves as a special magistrate for the Miami-Dade County Value Adjustment Board appealing services to a variety of client types from Banks to Brokers, to Institutions and end-user owners.
