Juan Marin began his career in New York as a Realtor® in one of the world’s most dynamic and competitive markets. Working with buyers, sellers and rental clients, he amassed a great deal of knowledge quickly, and ignited a passion for the business. Today, twelve years later, he continuously seeks to grow his client base while staying in tune with the fast pace of South Florida’s market, another of the world’s most sought-after places to live, work and vacation. 

From Miami and Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach, Juan assists buyers, sellers and investors, finding the best properties available on the market today. Born in Colombia, Juan immigrated to the U.S. in 1985. He studied English and Computer Science at Wolfson Miami Dade Community College before moving to New York in 2005. Beginning his real estate career the following year, Juan’s negotiating expertise and friendly demeanor has been winning over clients from New York to South Florida ever since.
