Liannette Altuve
Liannette was born and raised in Miami, Florida and is fluent in English and Spanish. She has been licensed and working as a full-time Real Estate Agent since the Summer of 2016 at award winning brokerage, Real Estate Sales Force (RESF) in Coral Gables, Florida.
The following year in 2017, she was awarded 1 of the 13 “Top Producers” at RESF, a brokerage of over 500 Realtors. Since then, Liannette has made RESF’s Top Producer list in 2020, 2021 and in 2023. Her husband, Michael, a born and raised Trinidadian, is also a full-time Realtor at RESF and they work together in a small team helping buyers, sellers, investors and renters.
Michael and Liannette are both Real Estate investors as well as Airbnb Superhosts. Michael and Liannette both graduated from Florida International University. On their spare time they enjoy traveling. Together they have backpacked over 44 countries including all of South East Asia, the Caribbean, Australia, India, New Zealand, Europe, Central America, Africa, Egypt, Israel and more!
