After earning her degree in International Business from the ADEX in Lima, Peru, Livia began her foray into real estate investing. Expertise in communication, a strong background in customer service, impeccable attention to detail and savvy negotiating skills led to quick success. Her competitive spirit and drive for excellence led Livia to bring together her love of investing and professional skills to transition into full time real estate sales.

A native of Peru, Livia has made in her home in South Florida for the past 14 years. An avid cook, she enjoys playing tennis and traveling with her husband David.
