After graduating from college with a degree in Accounting, Michael Garcia spent more than a decade working for a highly respected South Florida CPA firm. During his tenure, he worked alongside one of the owners of the CPA firm who also worked as a local real estate agent. This relationship, along with knowledge gained through participating in family real estate transactions, gave him a look into the industry and a feel for the many opportunities in the Miami market. Following his success in the Finance industry, and bolstered by his affinity for numbers, statistics and negotiation, Michael earned his real estate license and began his foray into the lucrative South Florida luxury residential market. His penchant for client service, savvy negotiating skills and confidence has given Michael a fast start in the real estate sector. With the goal of joining a top-rated real estate firm that fosters the team approach to ensure the best representation for his clients, Michael found his new professional home with Real Estate Sales Force. A native of the area, today he makes his home in Coral Gables but is extremely knowledgeable about all of Miami’s diverse neighborhoods.
