Nick Kellard-Ashe

Nick Kellard-Ashe has brought his construction background to the real estate industry in more ways than one. His familiarity with building from the ground up has given him the insight and knowledge about what goes into quality of structure in homes and relationships with his clients. His goal is to share this knowledge with both buyers and sellers and help make informed decisions in the market of Miami.

Born and raised in the hustle and bustle of New York, a Bronx native, raised in lower Westchester; Nick is no stranger to hard work and consistency. Prior to real estate, he was a union carpenter for the New York City District Council of Carpenters where he completed a 4 year-long apprenticeship program before becoming a journeyman specializing in flooring installation. Working for a competitive company whose work covered all 5 city boroughs and surrounding areas and even neighboring states, there was no shortage of things to do. From residential to commercial construction, he has seen the kind of work it takes to get the job done.

Much of Nick’s philosophy comes from his background in the construction industry. He believes that any job is possible as long as you have the right tools. His best tools are hard work, consistency and a positive attitude towards business. He believes that the strongest and biggest buildings ever built all started with a solid foundation. That is also true in relationships and when the foundation is solid, the potential to grow and build is endless. As a husband and a father of two, his foundation is his family and his motivation is to succeed in this business. Real estate changes lives and he wants to help people change theirs by building them a solid foundation with the tools that he brings to the table. Its time to build.
