Rainier Sebastián León has a longtime passion for real estate. Years before he became a licensed realtor in 2008, Rainier co-founded RAIDAN Properties, LLC, a real estate investment firm that bought and managed properties throughout South Florida, earning 25-30% ROIs for his local and international investors.
In 2011, Rainier secured the REO Specialist designation, and in 2015, he earned Top Agent at his
brokerage. While working in a part-time capacity, Rainier closed transactions with an aggregate value of over $25M in recent years. As a full-time employee at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a Fortune 50 company, he was an I.T. Project Manager on the American Airlines account in the US, Caribbean, and Latin American markets. During his 18-year tenure at HPE, he successfully implemented over 625 projects in 44 countries. Excluding capital value, these projects amounted to more than $9.25M in labor revenue alone. He also oversaw asset management for more than 30,000 assets.
At the end of Q116, Rainier left his position at HPE to focus full time on his residential real estate career and to work as a Consultant with EB5 Visa Funds, Inc. Around this time, he became enthralled with commercial real estate and expanded his focus to that sector. He has excelled in this endeavor and has even been termed a “natural” by his peers. His extensive history in the business world, coupled with his global network of contacts in the private and public sectors, affords him exclusive access to prized commercial off-market properties, businesses/franchises and high-end residential properties.

franchise expansion projects. Rainier’s international client base counts on his expertise, insight and
relentless drive to deliver the best investments and results.
Currently, Rainier is trending to surpass 2017 transactions with just under $7M in the pipeline to close Q118. A graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business, Rainier has also been involved in philanthropic initiatives since 2006 and joined the City of Miami Office of Sustainable Initiative’s Green Building Committee at the invitation of City of Miami Mayor Manny Diaz.
