Rainier Sebastian Leon

Rainier Sebastián León has a decades long passion for real estate. Years before he became a licensed realtor in 2007, Leon co-founded RAIDAN Properties, LLC, a real estate investment firm that bought/managed assets in South Florida, earning 25-30% ROIs for investors.

In 2015, he earned his first Top Producer designation in a part-time capacity at RESF, Inc. Leon closed transactions w/an aggregate value of over $25M, while employed full time at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a Fortune 50 company. He was I.T. Project Manager for American Airlines- U.S, Caribbean & Latin American markets. During his 18-year tenure, he implemented over 625 projects in 44 countries and oversaw asset management for over 30,000 assets.

At end of Q116, Leon left HPE to focus full time on real estate at RESF & an EB5 Consultant for business/franchise expansion projects. Leon’s int’l client base relied on his expertise, insight & relentlessness to deliver the best investments & ROIs. He became enthralled w/commercial real estate w/each success & expanded into the sector. Leon’s client roster ranges from private to institutional, small investor to larger cap domestic companies, multinational entities & celebrities.

Leon secured his SRS & PST designations from NAR in 2020. 2024 marks Leon’s 16th year achieving considerable discounts for buyers through savvy negotiating, premiums for his seller with countless market-setting trades. He earned Top Agent designation 2015-2023 with an impeccable client retention rate.

A graduate of Florida International University w/BBA, Leon also earned his Master’s degree (MSIRE) in 2022 & currently pursuing his CCIM pin.

In 2024, Rainier Leon PA realized A+ designation by the Better Business Bureau based on 16 years in practice. Leon also incepted R&R Consulting for “white glove” Development Strategizing and Deal Creation for developers and landowners alike. R&R’s mission is creating off-market acquisition options according to developer clientele needs; conversely, R&R offers a discreet avenue for asset owners to sell outside the public domain. R&R also consults for condo associations considering sale.

He has been involved in philanthropic initiatives since 2006 & joined the City of Miami Office of Sustainable Initiative’s Green Building Committee at the invitation of City of Miami Mayor Manny Diaz.
