A father of three and a grandfather of three, Richard understands how to meet the needs of new and transitioning families. He received his bachelor’s degree from Florida International University and his master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University. Richard is also an active member of various charitable organizations, including the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Police Officer Assistance Trust (POAT).
