An innovative real estate brokerage firm in South Florida, announced today the $5.8 million sale of 120 Giralda Avenue, previous home to Church of Scientology for over 40 years and located in the heart of Coral Gables Restaurant Row.
RESF Commercial Senior Consultant, Patrick Kelly, represented the buyers, 120 Giralda LLC. in the sale of the 16,199 square foot office building situated on a 19,100 size lot. The sale of the Coral Gables property included a vacant parking lot directly behind the building. Danny Zelonker and Isabel Fine, of Real Miami Commercial Real Estate, represented the seller in this transaction.
