Last week our Top Agent, Héctor Pardo closed on a 3.8 Million Dollar deal in Coral Gables. Héctor and his buyers worked on negotiating this deal for about 4 months. The former restaurant Latin Bohemia Grill on 8th street and 38th avenue will now be converted to a medical office. A huge congratulations to Hector! We all know how hard worked on this this deal!
