The Women’s Council of REALTORS® Central Panhandle celebrated 15 years of leadership, collaboration, and community impact with an inspiring luncheon honoring its past, present, and future. The milestone event, themed “Pearls of Leadership: Growing Boldly into the Future,” united industry professionals, past presidents, and partners from across Florida’s Gulf Coast.
Serving as keynote speaker, Dinorah Guerra — 2024 Past President of WCR Florida spoke on her twelve pearls of wisdom on purpose, people, performance, and perseverance. Each “pearl” offered actionable insights for today’s REALTORS® on how to lead with authenticity, innovation, and impact. Dinorah is also the upcoming 2026 President of MIAMI REALTORS®
As Guerra reflected, “From Miami to the Panhandle, our collective strength lies in unity. We may serve different ZIP codes, but we share one heartbeat — service through leadership.”
